Shelved?
Read a few newspaper stories saying that due to MGM's skintness, Bond 23 will be more or less abandoned for the time being. Bit of a bugger really.

Yeah, very ordinary news really. I wonder if there's a clause in Craig's contract to walk, if a film hasn't been made after a certain time? I was
really looking forward to see how they could improve on the QUANTUM story.

I too am interested to see what they have in store for us. Another stand alone like Goldfinger or another in the Quantum series?

I have no doubt they will make a new James Bond movie. Daniel Craig sure is getting the word out lately that he wants to return as soon as possible to
play James Bond again and he hopes they ask him to. Craig is going to be quite busy through 2010. Bond 23 is still in the first draft stage. The
story is not finshed. If a deal is made with Spyglass Entertainment soon, will they finance Bond 23?
The EON producers are waiting with bated breath what will happen to their James Bond project. You can bet they won't be late to any meetings with
Spyglass should they buy MGM. We all know now that we won't see a new James Bond movie in 2011. However 2012 is looking good, as of this week anyway.
Let's make these James Bond movies quicker. I'm getting older.
